A Path Forward
Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here.

Healing begins with a secure place to land. Many of the clients I work with are seeking a judgment-free space to be truly heard and to explore the parts of their story that deserve care.
Together, we’ll gently examine the patterns and experiences that shape how you show up in your relationships and your daily life. My goal is to help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and a deep sense of emotional grounding.

About
Your Path. Your Voice. Your Future.
I believe everyone deserves a space that is completely their own. A place to slow down, be heard, and explore who they truly are.
Life is often lived on autopilot, pulled by the demands of relationships, work, school, and social expectations, while trying to make sense of complex emotions and family dynamics that can feel overwhelming or difficult to understand.

Her Path Counseling was created to help you go beneath the surface, understand your emotions, and make sense of the relationships and patterns in your life.
“The most important relationship you will ever have is the one you have with yourself.”- Esther Perel, LMFT
Areas of Support
Helping you make sense of your emotions and move forward with intention.

Relationships
&
Attachment Patterns
Understand how early and current relationships influence emotional responses, communication, boundaries, and self worth. This helps you recognize patterns, strengthen emotional safety, and build more secure connections with others and with yourself.

Anxiety
&
Emotional Overwhelm
If you're feeling stuck in worry, self-doubt, or intense emotions, together, we explore what your emotions are communicating and develop strategies to feel more grounded and in control.

Confidence
&
Self- Trust
Helping you strengthen trust in yourself, make decisions aligned with your values, and build confidence in expressing your needs and emotions.

Navigating Life Transitions
Support in navigating changes such as career/school transitions, relationship changes, identity exploration, or entering a new stage of life. We work on building clarity, confidence, and direction during times of uncertainty.
EMDR-Informed Therapy
I am currently completing EMDR training (EMDRIA-approved) and offer EMDR-informed techniques as part of a thoughtful, trauma-informed approach.
Some experiences stay with us, even when we understand them logically. You may notice emotional reactions, anxiety, or familiar patterns that feel hard to shift, despite knowing where they come from. EMDR offers a way to gently work with how experiences are held in the nervous system, not just talked through.

EMDR is helpful for trauma-related experiences, emotional overwhelm, anxiety, and patterns that continue to impact self-worth or relationships.
